The Rohingya, a Muslim minority in Burma/Myanmar, has been living in the country for centuries. Yet the Citizenship Act of 1982 denies them citizenship in their own country. Mohamed Ibrahim is a Rohingya. He was forced to leave his country and is now living in Germany. He is the Information and Media Secretary of the European Rohingya Council (ERC), a human rights group.
