Delivery Abroad

Payment Options

Payment options are: Invoice, PayPal or direct debit.

Direct Debit Collection

Nachdem Sie uns Ihre vollständigen Bankdaten durch Eingabe auf unserer Internetseite übermittelt haben, Once you sent us your complete banking information via our website, the data is stored on a secure server (externally inaccessible) until your order is processed. After that, your data will be deleted – so you will have to enter it again when making further orders.

The introduction of SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) in late January 2014 has led to the following changes:

  • By submitting your bank account details, you give us your permission to collect the amount due from your bank account.
  • When your order is processed, you will be sent an email-confirmation. Your invoice/receipt will be sent to you together with the ordered items.
  • If you pay by direct debit, we will collect the amount due within 14 days after the invoicing.

SEPA

  • SEPA (which stands for “Single Euro Payments Area”) is a unified system for cashless payment transactions in Europe. The payment procedures – introduced in February 2014, based on EU regulations – offer a possibility for unified and convenient payment transactions within Germany and the other European countries. For SEPA credit transfers and SEPA direct debits, the IBAN replaces your account number.
  • The BIC is an internationally standardized code that is similar to the bank code. Your IBAN and BIC can be found on the bank statement of your payment service provider. The information is also printed on most bank cards.
  • By submitting your bank account details, you give us permission to collect the amount due from your bank account. The mandate reference number and our creditor identification number will be provided on the invoice/receipt before the direct debit collection.

Invoice

  • Together with your ordered items, you will receive an invoice form containing all necessary information concerning the payment procedure.
  • You can pay the amount due within 14 days.

International Bank Transfer

If you want to make a payment from abroad via bank transfer, please note that charges may apply for an international transfer. Your bank will deduct the fee from the total amount, so please remember to add it to the invoice amount in order to avoid an unnecessary reminder notice. In case of further questions, please contact your bank.

PayPal

If you wish to pay through PayPal, please send the total amount to: info@gfbv.de

Please note that, due to technical limitations, the shipping and handling costs are not automatically included in PayPal orders. They will be charged subsequently.
